For Refund

(Refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of product delivery. We are unable to process any refund requests made after 15 days from the date of receipt.)

  • Full Refund - If you find the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please contact us via email and return the product. A full refund will be issued once we confirm the returned item has not been used or damaged. Processing the refund typically takes up to 15 business days, excluding shipping time for the returned product.
  • 70% Refund - If your refund request is submitted within 5 business days of delivery and the product shows signs of use or has incomplete packaging, we will refund 70% of the order amount after receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed within 15 business days, not including the return shipping time.
  • 50% Refund - If you initiate a chargeback or dispute directly through your credit card issuer or PayPal without first contacting us, and we later receive the returned product in unused and undamaged condition, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded in accordance with our Terms of Service.
  • No Refund - If we do not receive the returned product, or if the returned item is damaged and no longer usable, your refund request will be declined. We are unable to accept refund requests submitted more than 15 calendar days after the date of delivery.
